The course will be anti clockwise this year, meaning an downhillstart start and downhilll finish, with the large uphill in the middle miles. Two aide stations and one portajohn will be on the course. AntiClockwise means it goes the opposite direction of an old clock with hands. All turns on the course are to the left except for one.

Free Finisher Medals with entry and finish. If you enter the race and don't run you will not get a medal

This year T shirts are extra cost. I have been informed by the accountants that the race can not afford to keep losing money every year.
