Sledding An American Winter Pastime

An American Winter Pastime

Sledding is one of the easiest ways to enjoy the downhill rush of crisp mountain air, breathtaking scenery and freshly fallen snow. Also, anyone can play. It’s fun for the entire family, and it’s a pretty great way to make magical winter memories, too. Grab a sled, tube or toboggan and head for the hills. You’ll find popular sledding spots all across the region. In addition, many resorts have sledding and tobogganing activities available for their guests, with sleds provided. If you’re in need of a sled, you should be able to find them for sale in our larger full-service communities, but never hesitate to ask the staff where you’re staying.
