Description:

Pioneering jamgrass band The String Cheese Incident will make their long-awaited debut at the KettleHouse Amphitheater in 2024, performing on Saturday, June 29th and Sunday, June 30th.

With an incredible 30-year journey, The String Cheese Incident has become an icon of independent, grass roots music in the U.S. Originating in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains in 1993, they’ve released 8 studio albums and toured relentlessly, embracing innovation in music and business. SCI has always prioritized their fans, going above and beyond to create a one-of-a-kind experience. Their record label, SCI Fidelity Records, embraced downloadable music and file sharing early on, delivering SCI’s “On The Road” series, where every show the band plays is made available for download on the Internet.

Their commitment to creativity shines in both recordings and live performances, with an extensive list of collaborators and renowned events like Horning’s Hideout, along with their larger-than-life New Year’s Eve and Halloween shows. They’ve headlined some of the nation’s largest music festivals including Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits, Wakarusa and Electric Forest.

Last year, SCI released their 8th studio album, Lend Me a Hand. Jambands.com praised the band and new record, saying “This new collection of songs not only showcases the band’s remarkable songwriting abilities but also delves into the depths of their emotions, offering some of their most intimate and powerful material to date.” SCI is fresh off the release of their latest single “Windy Mountain.”

The String Cheese Incident is one of those bands that people constantly ask us to book, especially given the unfortunate Covid cancellation in 2020. Thankfully, the time has come, and SCI is set to deliver two unforgettable shows along the Blackfoot River! Get ready for a party unlike any other and get your tickets soon!
